يَنتَمي إلى (Form VIII: belongs to — root ن-م-ي): أنتمي إلى ثقافتَين. يَتَكَيَّف مَع (Form V: adapts to — root ك-ي-ف): تتكيَّف الجاليات مع الحياة البريطانية. يَحتَفِظ بـ (Form VIII: retains — root ح-ف-ظ): تحتفظ كثير من الأسر العربية بلغتها. These three verbs precisely describe diaspora experience. Comparison with all structures: أكثر من/أقلّ من (analytical), أَفعَل (synthetic), بَينَما (contrastive), من ناحية/من ناحية أخرى (balanced).
